There is no "smoking gun" to present as evidence, and we are not likely to find one. The people behind this event know that the American people are more aware of their methods than in the past. Even if the average American dismisses such conspiracy theories out of hand, they are nevertheless more familiar with the lexicon of terms like "programmed assassin" and "false flag" and when things like this happen they are more apt to look in the direction of "the grassy knoll" and "the dancing Israelis". So the cryptocratic operators are more careful to cover their tracks now - they know they might not get away with a Kennedy assassination, or perhaps even a 9/11 today.
Once again we have a lone nut, yet unlike previous lone nuts this one does not appear to have any kind of military or intelligence back round, nor has he spent any time in a mental health institution. Yet he displays the classic symptoms of a mind controlled assassin.(1) It is just unclear how and when he might have been recruited for this particular mission. Admittedly, there isn't much here for conspiracy theorists to go on...
Yet context gives away the game. The detail to which this event fits the narrative of the interested parties is extraordinary, from the victim born on 9/11 to the Congresswoman whose nickname is "Gabby" reading the First Amendment concerning the right to free speech on the House floor just two days before being shot through the side of the brain affecting speech(2).
But the first piece of the narrative was the media script that immediately related this event to the health care debate when in fact the 112th Congress was scheduled to debate the repeal of the health care bill on Wednesday (now postponed and sure to be "toned down"). We noticed in the first reports that the media machine was automatically blaming the Tea Party, "Obamacare" opponents and the like, with talk radio and the Internet fingered as the weapons of mass destruction, and Sarah Palin identified as Public Enemy #1.(3)
AP: Giffords has drawn the ire of the right in the last year, especially from politicians like Sarah Palin, over her support of the health care bill. It is not clear whether the gunman had the health care debate in mind or was focused on his own unique set of political beliefs as witnessed in the Internet videos.
Well, since he does not even mention heath care in his videos, perhaps it has nothing to do health care, and instead has everything to do with the themes mentioned in his videos, and particularly mind control and "conscience" dreaming.
Curiously, the same sort of flawed, opportunistic inferences that we find in the quoted AP article is employed by "Classitup10" - a sloppy application of modus ponens syllogisms...

So long as these "languages" are unspecified, this reasoning is rather vapid.(4) But by plugging in concrete examples, what this video presents is a structure of forward chaining. While forward chaining has applications in artificial intelligence (AI), we ponder that AI might be induced not in silicon computers, but in human "wet-ware". Suppose that the "Classitup10" Youtube page was not created by Loughner, but for Loughner, and that these videos provide him - "listener" - with general instructions for reading and inferring from remotely communicated signals. As the Wikipedia article notes: "One of the advantages of forward-chaining... is that the reception of new data can trigger new inferences, which makes the engine better suited to dynamic situations in which conditions are likely to change."
The vapid generality of these instructions give no clue as to which specific triggers to await, but the handler may need not to provide these, since the subject can be relied upon to provide his own language. Hence his handler need only read his various Internet postings in order to determine the optimal triggering image or phrase. Call this a more "organic" form of mind control, and certainly this is a method much more feasible for the "faceborg" generation. So elsewhere in the Loughner "literature" we find some possibilities. The text accompanying the flag on Loughner's "Starhitshnaz" channel concerns the "rarest bird on earth.... It's with one large red eye with a light blue iris"...

It is worth mentioning the mysterious dead bird drops that occurred around the world the previous week. But, we find a more direct match for Loughner's imagery in the Astronomy Picture of the Day posted on the morning of January 8th...
So the forward chaining might go something like this...
If you see the large red eye with a light blue iris, then there is a new bird on your right shoulder.
If there is a new bird on your shoulder, then the bird is able to chat (or "gab"?) about a government (with a "meteoroid" coming through the atmosphere?)

Very well, our speculations are running very far out on a limb now, so let us come back down to earth...
While we are being told that Loughner had "slipped through the cracks" and hadn't been given any mental health treatment, there is apparently some inconsistency in that claim. According to a local blog, The Cholla Jumps...
Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, his deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system.
Moreover, there is a memo leaked to Greta van Susteren alleged to come from the Department of Homeland Security which suggests that there may have been interventions by unknown parties. (As Sipsey Street Irregulars & Talking Points Memo note, it wasn't a DHS memo, but some of the points were provided by DHS.) The following point in particular, however, appears to be speculative on the part of the investigator, and may lead to Loughners handlers...
* the suspect has multiple arrests ... But no criminal record? Intervention by someone?
And also...
It did just come in from the command post, that the federal judge was Not originally scheduled to attend the meeting, according to wife. She stated that he received a phone call about an hour before and was invited to attend. Wrong place - wrong time.
(An aside, the phrase "wrong place wrong time" also occurs in this KYMA report)
Who made that call?
John Roll was the victim who, considering his position as a district court federal judge, has received surprisingly little attention from the media, comparatively speaking. Perhaps this is because his actions as judge do not fit the narrative that the interested parties wish to broadcast, though certainly his death will facilitate those same interests. He is considered a friend of the Second Amendment (as is Giffords). In particular, he is well regarded by gun rights advocate Sheriff Richard Mack for his ruling in Mack's case which effectively killed the Brady Bill in the 1990's.

A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.
Now the plot thickens...

1. He has apparently activited a "lock-down" program in the case of his survival, sitting in his cell, starring at the wall with his infamous smirk: Loughner's Smirk Behind Bars. Also, Judy Clarke, an attorney with a history of handling similar cases such as that of MK-ULTRA subject Ted Kaczinsky, has assumed Loughner's defense.
2. Her injury was fortuitous in that the bullet passed only through one side - the left - of her brain. As the brain is largely redundant between the two hemispheres, patients have been known to lose an entire hemisphere and yet remain somewhat functional. However, there are two regions where the human brain is asymmetrical: Wernicke's area on the right temporal side, and Broca's area on the left temporal side. These control comprehension and construction of language respectively. So, while Gifford's prospects for recovery are good, it is her speech that will be most problematic.
3. Lyndon LaRouche noticed this as well...
LaRouche said today that the version of the story about the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson, Arizona on Saturday presented thus far is not believable. On the one hand, it is clear that the perpetrator who was apprehended is a nutty kid. On the other hand, the targeting of Sarah Palin is a tip off that the story is a fake and that someone is using the kid who carried out the shooting.
4. The same logic is applied to religions (1, 2 & 3) and currencies (1, 2 & 3) - the latter of course indicates that not only has the media adopted Loughner's brand of reasoning, but so has the Federal Reserve (i.e. quantitative easing)!
