On Sunday, Muammar Qadaffi's son, Saif El-Islam, gave a lengthy address to the nation with a level of geo-poilitical candor that one never hears from Western politicians. He explained the dire consequences of a civil war and likely East/West split of the nation, particularly as concerns its extensive oil reserves:

He has a point: after all, Qadaffi in 2007 made a deal with the devil - British Petroleum, which had until then regarded December 7, 1971 as its day of infamy in Libya. Perhaps the "over $1 billion" for the concessions was still not a deal to BP's liking. And, considering BP's history with deals of this nature...

The source's information indicated that the Egyptian army has prevented a convoy of trucks carrying aid to Libya from crossing the border, as the Egyptian military is unhappy with potential regime change in Libya.

Killing Two Birds With One Eye
If these are the initiating shots of a new civil war, let the record show that the shadow government has fired first, aiming at the First and Second Amendments in particular.
There is no "smoking gun" to present as evidence, and we are not likely to find one. The people behind this event know that the American people are more aware of their methods than in the past. Even if the average American dismisses such conspiracy theories out of hand, they are nevertheless more familiar with the lexicon of terms like "programmed assassin" and "false flag" and when things like this happen they are more apt to look in the direction of "the grassy knoll" and "the dancing Israelis". So the cryptocratic operators are more careful to cover their tracks now - they know they might not get away with a Kennedy assassination, or perhaps even a 9/11 today.
Once again we have a lone nut, yet unlike previous lone nuts this one does not appear to have any kind of military or intelligence back round, nor has he spent any time in a mental health institution. Yet he displays the classic symptoms of a mind controlled assassin.(1) It is just unclear how and when he might have been recruited for this particular mission. Admittedly, there isn't much here for conspiracy theorists to go on...
Yet context gives away the game. The detail to which this event fits the narrative of the interested parties is extraordinary, from the victim born on 9/11 to the Congresswoman whose nickname is "Gabby" reading the First Amendment concerning the right to free speech on the House floor just two days before being shot through the side of the brain affecting speech(2).
But the first piece of the narrative was the media script that immediately related this event to the health care debate when in fact the 112th Congress was scheduled to debate the repeal of the health care bill on Wednesday (now postponed and sure to be "toned down"). We noticed in the first reports that the media machine was automatically blaming the Tea Party, "Obamacare" opponents and the like, with talk radio and the Internet fingered as the weapons of mass destruction, and Sarah Palin identified as Public Enemy #1.(3)
AP: Giffords has drawn the ire of the right in the last year, especially from politicians like Sarah Palin, over her support of the health care bill. It is not clear whether the gunman had the health care debate in mind or was focused on his own unique set of political beliefs as witnessed in the Internet videos.
Well, since he does not even mention heath care in his videos, perhaps it has nothing to do health care, and instead has everything to do with the themes mentioned in his videos, and particularly mind control and "conscience" dreaming.
Curiously, the same sort of flawed, opportunistic inferences that we find in the quoted AP article is employed by "Classitup10" - a sloppy application of modus ponens syllogisms...

Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, his deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system.
Moreover, there is a memo leaked to Greta van Susteren alleged to come from the Department of Homeland Security which suggests that there may have been interventions by unknown parties. (As Sipsey Street Irregulars & Talking Points Memo note, it wasn't a DHS memo, but some of the points were provided by DHS.) The following point in particular, however, appears to be speculative on the part of the investigator, and may lead to Loughners handlers...
* the suspect has multiple arrests ... But no criminal record? Intervention by someone?

It did just come in from the command post, that the federal judge was Not originally scheduled to attend the meeting, according to wife. She stated that he received a phone call about an hour before and was invited to attend. Wrong place - wrong time.

Who made that call?
John Roll was the victim who, considering his position as a district court federal judge, has received surprisingly little attention from the media, comparatively speaking. Perhaps this is because his actions as judge do not fit the narrative that the interested parties wish to broadcast, though certainly his death will facilitate those same interests. He is considered a friend of the Second Amendment (as is Giffords). In particular, he is well regarded by gun rights advocate Sheriff Richard Mack for his ruling in Mack's case which effectively killed the Brady Bill in the 1990's.

A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.

The present policy of benign false flag terrorism began with the Air Force One fly-over of lower Manhattan on April 27, 2009. But the most recent botched attacks indicate that a greater purpose is to dominate commerce itself.
First it was the Yemen-sent package bombs, intercepted and identified of their blatant addressees: Chicago synagogues. Now this: Germany on high alert; Namibian fake bomb suspect arrested
The opportunity arising from this scare is seized by the interests of a TSA program directed towards the shipping industry.

To expand upon these remarks, it might be said that in the 20th Century, following World War II, the British Empire went bloodied but unbowed in relinquishing direct control over much of its colonial territory while retaining a "merely" nominal claim on its commonwealth. Britain's imperial ambition retreated into a state of latency. Of late, however, there have been some audacious indications of a desire that this latency should end...
William Hague has outlined the Government's vision of Britain's role in the world, promising a sweeping overhaul of foreign policy aimed at expanding the country's influence to every inhabited continent.
And so just following the United States 234th annual celebration of independence, Elizabeth II came to the United States in order to address the United Nations, of which, it is noted, she "nominally" holds a considerable fraction.

...the physical structure of the United Nations and its agenda represents the completion of the dream and aspirations of British aristocrat Cecil Rhodes to return the United States and the rest of the world back under British rule. He felt that "too little of the globe was British territoryand if we had retained Americathere would be millions more of English living."
In Rhode's 1877 will, it says
"the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire, the consolidation of the whole Empire, the inauguration of a system of colonial Representation in the Imperial Parliament which may tend to weld together the disjointed Members of the Empire," which may well ultimately be achieved, by the Roundtable which "publicized the idea of and the name `British Commonwealth of Nations.'"
Oftentimes, nowadays, Americans behave as if they are the Queen's subjects. The "special relationship" of the "USUK" has entangled the two in more than a few foreign mis-adventures, most recently of course in Iraq & Afghanistan. Then there is the accusation of Lyndon LaRouche that President Obama is in fact a British agent. On the cultural side, take a look at federally tax-funded public television, and note how much of its programming is of boring British fare.
On a more symbolical level, however, we have this recent addition to the skyline of Cincinnati, a Mid-West city named after a military society of veterans of the American Revolution, but sometimes known as the "Queen City"...
Workers will soon place the crowning tiara atop the Queen City Tower.
The "Grand Tiara" will be hoisted into place Tuesday by cranes to the highest point on the $322 million downtown skyscraper.
The 15,000-pound steel structure is intended as a tribute to the late Princess Diana.

Indeed, such a performance would have been intensely scandalous, especially in light of the circumstances of Diana's death (hounded as she was by the paparazzi). In any case, Lady Gaga met the Queen dressed as her predecessor, but in blood-red latex, like a pelican suffocating in red crude...

In 2010, though not a monopoly, BP is the leading producer of oil and natural gas in the United States and the largest investor in U.S. energy development. As such, BP stood to receive the greatest benefit from the 2005 Energy Policy Act, which gave tax and royalty relief to companies drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, as reported in the L.A.Times article: Oil companies have a rich history of U.S. subsidies.
Moreover, BP stands to recieve corporate welfare as a result of the situation it has created in the Gulf. Hans Bader explains in OpenMarket.org...
President Obama, the biggest recipient of campaign cash from BP, is using BP’s oil spill to push for a global warming bill that is chock full of corporate welfare and environment-destroying ethanol subsidies. And the bill is one crafted by lobbyists for big companies like BP: “For years, BP has lobbied for climate change legislation, until recently running around with the U.S. Climate Action Partnership.”

Obama Baits Civil War
Since the beginning of his presidential bid (Wilmette), Obama has frequently implied self-comparisons and invited media-assisted comparisons (Newsweek, CBS, L.A. Times) to Lincoln. Now, in a Christian Science Monitor headline, we find another point of similarity: States Rebel Against Washington
With the passage and signing of the "ObamaCare" bill, the states - beginning with Virginia - have been moved to assert the rights of their citizens over the federal law, particularly on the issue of the individual mandate.
Speaker Pelosi's butchering of the words of that venerable Virginian, Thomas Jefferson, warrant special attention. In a disgusting paraphrase from the Declaration of Independence, she said:
...we will honor the vows of our founders, who in the Declaration of Independence said that we are ‘endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.’ This legislation will lead to healthier lives, more liberty to pursue hopes and dreams and happiness for the American people.
But, if delivered with honesty, here is how the speech would have went...
Herewith is established a C change in American sovereignty. Now with this act of Congress - however shamefully it was executed - the Federal Government now has a stake in the maintenance of the very bodies of each and every one of the U.S. citizenry. Henceforth, the citizen is a subject, on this most fundamental level. People of America, go to hellth with your unalienable rights. Your life is a ward of the state. Your happiness consists in the pursuit of hellth insurance. Your are at liberty to choose government sanctioned hellth care.
Never mind the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence is Null and Void!
